  • David Hartwig

    Founder & CEO

    David Hartwig is a Michelin-winning chef driven by innovation, wellness, and excellence. Previously the Head Chef at IGNIV Bangkok by Andreas Caminada, he has honed his craft in some of the world’s top kitchens, including:

    Schloss Schauenstein, Switzerland – A 3-Michelin-starred fine dining destination in a historic castle.

    Crown Shy, New York – A Michelin-starred spot celebrating modern, ingredient-driven cuisine.

    Beyond the kitchen, David is a Brand Ambassador for Swiss luxury kitchen brand V-Zug in Thailand and a HYROX athlete, embodying peak performance in both food and fitness.

  • Kelvin Mak

    Co-Founder & CMO

    Kelvin Mak is a filmmaker and former creative director with over 25 years of global experience in advertising, film, and brand storytelling. Splitting his time between Los Angeles and Thailand, he creates narratives that bridge Eastern and Western perspectives with cultural insight and cinematic flair.

    He served as Creative Director at world-renowned agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, leading award-winning campaigns for Nike, Lexus, and Toyota—earning accolades including One Show and Cannes Lions honors.

    As the founder of a production company with roots in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Thailand, Kelvin continues to bring visionary ideas to life on a global stage.

  • Christoph Anliker

    Co-Founder & Financial Advisor

    Christoph Anliker is a seasoned banking professional with global experience. He is a Member of the Management Committee at a leading foreign securities firm in Thailand and holds a BSc in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Banking.

    Christoph began his career in Switzerland, working with high-net-worth clients across Southern and Eastern Africa. He later held roles in Johannesburg, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.

    Since 2020, he has helped build a top private banking franchise in Thailand. His international expertise makes him a valuable asset to Sati’s growth in the F&B industry.

  • Edmund Lowman

    Co-Founder & Business Advisor

    Edmund Lowman is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, and luxury wine industries.

    As the former CEO of Destination Eats, he scaled popular restaurant brands like Hard Rock and Big Boy Burger across Asia.

    He also founded Collective Hospitality, one of the world’s largest hostel operators (Slumber Party, Bodega, Selina, Socialtel), which he successfully scaled and sold.
